Fitness and nutrition have always been my passion but after my mother passed away from a massive heart attack at the age of 39, I started taking nutrition and fitness seriously. I know that if she had taken care of herself with a good diet and exercise, she would be here today. I’m a mother today and I take care of myself through diet and exercise so I can be here for my son as long as I can. I am a true believer that a healthy lifestyle can greatly improve your quality of life.
