January 2009 I was very overweight for my 5’6″ frame. Weighing 204 lbs and wearing a size 18 I knew things had to change. Keith and I have been working out for about 6 months. I am 60 years old and trying to stay in shape. I met Keith Holland almost three years ago. When I first found Keith’s name on Google, I was skeptical that this wouldn’t be different than any gym or personal training experience than I had ever had before. However, after my first conversation with Keith on the phone, I knew this was going to be different. I started working out with Keith two times a week, and immediately started gaining my health back. I hired Keith as a trainer for my son to help him build muscle and become physically stronger to play soccer. I did not know that Keith had experience as a soccer player, so not only was he able to train my son physically, but with his soccer skills as well. With great reluctance, I allowed my wife to hire Keith for a “few” sessions. That was three months ago. I have worked with Keith for many years now. I have had the opportunity to work with other trainers in the past, but Keith is by far been one of the best in the training business. He’s punctual and flexible with his schedule if we need to change days. He likes to research lots of things about health, and share up to-date information with his clients. In addition, on days that you are feeling tired, you are struggling, and you mentally don’t think you can finish… especially that last rep — Keith is there to say you can and encourages you to finish it. Most importantly, if you have an injury, he works around that so that you don’t continue to injure yourself. He even provides stretches and exercises that will help you recover.
